REFIAL® -FILLER

For repairing cracks and joints in refractory fiber linings in ovens, furnaces, kilns, boilers, incinerators, etc. in multiple industries, for repairing of refractory back up insulation, furnace door frame and jambs and for all areas where high temperature insulation and sealing are required , we recommend you the use of REFIAL® -FILLER.

REFIAL® -FILLER is a sealing material based on alumina-silica wool and an inorganic binder. Due to its consistency it can be easily pumped, caulked or troweled, depending on the application. REFIAL® -FILLER is used to repair refractory fiber linings in ovens, furnaces, kilns, boilers, incinerators, etc. in multiple industries REFIAL® -FILLER is often used in conjunction with ceramic fiber boards or blankets. The resulting dried material is strong, hard and erosion resistant on the surfaces but stays soft inside. REFIAL® -FILLER is available in three temperature grades of 1200°C, 1300°C and 1400°C.

REFIAL® -FILLER 1200 is a sealing material based on Alkaline-Earth-Silicate-Wool and an inorganic binder. Alkaline-Earth-Silicate-Wool has reduced biological resistance and is not subject to any classification.

REFIAL® -FILLER 1300 and 1400 is a sealing material based on Aluminum-Silicate-Wool.

Available in cartridges of 350 gr and pails of 5 kg and 20 kg.
